PARK MEADOWS

Park Meadows was the first subdivision developed outside Old Town back in the 1970's when we became a “ski town.” It is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in our entire market due to the proximity to the schools complex, Park Meadows Country Club and all the hiking/snowshoeing/cross country skiing and dog walking opportunities in the vast open space of Round Valley. My dog Ruby particularly enjoys those trails. At its center is the Municipal Athletic Recreation Center (M.A.R.C), which offers a pool, tennis courts, pickleball and popular fitness facilities. This mostly single-family neighborhood offers everything from older properties needing TLC to multi-million dollar lodges along the higher elevations with commanding views of the ski resorts. There are a limited number of larger townhomes in the neighborhood as well. I’ve resided in Park Meadows for many years, and the transformation of a significant number of “tear downs” over the past decade has been exciting to witness.
