The South Jordanelle neighborhood includes properties in both Francis and Heber on the south side of the Jordanelle Reservoir, offering easy access to both the Uinta Mountains, the Heber Valley and Park City’s ski resorts. Victory Ranch is a private, gated master-planned Rees Jones golf community offering 18 challenging holes of golf, overlooking the east arm of the Jordanelle Reservoir and private blue-ribbon fly-fishing on the Upper Provo River.
